All work is undertaken with accordance to the terms and conditions of Blejmarc Logistics contract, which greatly limits liability. If the client so wishes, they can arrange insurance through us. However,clients are advised not to under insure as this can, in the event of a claim, result in only part settlement of the claim. Clients have to make sure therefore that each and every item that is to be moved is insured for its full replacement value.

Only packing undertaken by Blejmarc Logistics is insurable. Breakages occurring in packing done by owner are uninsurable by Blejmarc Logistics. Should there be any reason to make an insurance claim through All risk or total loss through Goods-In Transit, please note that there is a limit to the period in which you must submit the claim.
